Buy a domain
Search for a web address, buy it inside InMinutes, and have it connected to your website automatically. No DNS setup needed.
Don't have a domain yet? You can search for one and buy it without leaving InMinutes. We register it for you and connect it to your website automatically, so there are no DNS records to copy.
You need a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business) to use a custom domain on your website.
#Buy a domain
Open the domain search
On the dashboard home, click the Add a custom domain card. It opens Buy and connect domain. You can also click Publish → Add domain in the editor, or Set up custom domain in Settings → Domains, and choose Buy a new one.
Search for a name
Under Find your perfect domain, type the domain you want, like yourbusiness.com, and click Search. InMinutes tells you if it's available and shows the price.
Pay and connect
Check the Total today and click Pay & Connect. You pay securely with Stripe, right in the window.
Wait a moment
InMinutes registers the domain and sets everything up. Please keep the window open until it finishes. You'll see that DNS was configured automatically; verification usually takes just a few minutes.
#Tips for choosing a domain
- Keep it short and easy to spell out loud.
- Use your business name, or your name plus what you do or where you are, like
lunabakery.comorlunabakeryaustin.com. - Avoid numbers and hyphens, which people often forget or mistype.
- Pick the right ending.
.comis the most familiar worldwide; a country ending like.co.ukor.deworks well for local businesses.
#Good to know
- The price shown includes the domain registration and a small setup fee.
- Your personal contact details are hidden from the public domain records (privacy protection is on).
- Once it's connected, the domain shows Live and verified in the domain setup, just like a domain you connected yourself.
