Invite your team
Invite employees, partners or your web person to work on a website with you. Choose what each person can do with Viewer, Editor and Admin roles.
You don't have to run your website alone. Invite people to a website by email and choose what they can do. Each invite is for one website, so you decide exactly who can touch what.

#Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read-only: see the preview and drafts. |
| Editor | Edit the website, ask the AI for changes, and publish. |
| Admin | Everything an Editor can do, plus invite and remove people. |
Some things always stay with the owner (you): billing and your plan, deleting the website, and connecting accounts like Stripe and your Google account.
When teammates ask the AI for changes, the credits come from the owner's balance.
#Invite someone
Open the editor
Open the website in the editor.
Click Invite collaborator
It's the + button next to Publish, at the top-right of the editor. The Share this site window opens.
Enter their email and pick a role
In Add people by email, type their email address and choose Viewer, Editor or Admin.
Click Invite
They get an email with a link to accept.
- If they already have an InMinutes account, they'll also see the invite in their dashboard.
- If they don't, they're asked to create a free account when they accept.
#See and manage your team
Go to Settings → People to see everyone who has access to your websites, plus invites that are still pending. In the editor, click the people icons next to + (View collaborators) to:
- Change someone's role.
- Remove someone from the website.
- Revoke an invite that hasn't been accepted yet.
#When you're invited to someone else's website
You'll get an email, and the invite shows up in your dashboard (look for the bell next to your name). Accept it, and the website appears in your website switcher and on the Websites page. Under Settings → People, the Workspaces you're in section lists the websites other people have shared with you.
