Grow & get found

Analytics

See how many people visit your website, track your visibility score, and follow simple steps to show up more in search, maps and AI answers.

Analytics shows how many people visit your live website, whether that's going up or down, and what to do next to get found more often. It's built in, so there's nothing to set up.

Analytics is included on the Starter, Pro and Business plans, for published websites.

#Your numbers

Privacy first. InMinutes only stores anonymous daily visit totals. It doesn't record who visited, where they are, or any personal data.

#Visibility score

Your visibility score is estimated from your own website traffic. It combines three things:

  • Reach: how many visits you get.
  • Consistency: how often people visit.
  • Momentum: whether visits are going up or down.

It isn't a Google ranking. It's a quick way to see if your efforts are working and where to focus next.

#Get found in more places

Below your numbers you'll find practical, step-by-step guidance:

  • AI visibility priorities: keep your name, address and phone the same everywhere; describe your services and hours in plain words; answer common questions; keep your website fast and mobile-friendly.
  • Top directories: links to claim or update your free listings on Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and Meta Business Suite, so the details match your website.
  • Competitor analysis: a short checklist for comparing your website with 2–3 local competitors.
  • Improve your visibility: a simple routine to repeat every month.

#Not seeing any visits?

  • Make sure your website is published. Analytics only counts visits to the live website.
  • If your website was published a long time ago, publish it again so it includes the latest analytics code.
  • Share your link: add it to your social media bios, email signature, Google Business Profile and printed materials.
