Stripe & PayPal

Connect Stripe and PayPal to accept payments for your store, bookings and invoices. The money goes straight to your own account, with 0% InMinutes fees.

To take payments on your website, connect Stripe, PayPal, or both. Payments go directly to your own account. InMinutes takes 0%: you only pay Stripe's or PayPal's normal processing fees.

Taking payments is part of the Pro and Business plans.

#Connect Stripe

Open the Stripe connector

Go to Connectors & Apps and click Stripe. (You'll also find it in Store → Settings.)

Click Connect with Stripe

You're taken to Stripe's secure sign-up. Create a Stripe account or sign in to one you already have, and add your business and bank details so Stripe can pay you.

Come back to InMinutes

When you finish, Stripe sends you back and you'll see Stripe connected!

Card payments are now active for your store, bookings and invoices. To change your bank account or business details later, open the Stripe connector and click Update payout details.

Stripe pays out to your bank account on its own schedule, usually every few days. You can see your payments and payouts in your Stripe dashboard.

#Connect PayPal

  1. Go to Connectors & Apps and click PayPal.
  2. Enter the email address of your PayPal business account and save.
  3. You'll see PayPal connected! Customers can now choose PayPal at checkout in your store, and payments go straight to your PayPal account.

#Refunds

  • Store orders: open the order in Store → Orders and mark it Refunded. InMinutes refunds the customer automatically when it can, and tells you if you need to refund it yourself in Stripe or PayPal.
  • Paid bookings: cancelling a paid booking refunds the customer through Stripe automatically.

#Good to know

  • Your customers pay you, not InMinutes. Stripe or PayPal handle the card details securely; InMinutes never sees or stores card numbers.
  • Your InMinutes subscription is billed separately and has nothing to do with the payments your customers make to you.
