Google apps

Connect Gmail to reply to customers from your own address, Google Calendar to see your bookings, and Google Search Console to show up in Google Search.

InMinutes works with the Google tools you already use. Connect your Google account once and turn on the parts you need.

Only the website owner can connect a Google account.

#Gmail

Reply to customer messages from your own Gmail address, right from the Messages inbox. Replies look like any normal email from you, and customers' answers come back to your Gmail.

  1. Go to Connectors & Apps and click Gmail.
  2. Click Connect Google account. You'll be taken to Google to choose your account and allow access, then brought back.
  3. You'll see Your Google account is connected — replies to customer messages are sent from your own Gmail address.

#Google Calendar

New bookings from your website appear on your Google Calendar automatically. If a booking is moved or cancelled, your calendar updates too.

  1. Go to Connectors & Apps and click Google Calendar.
  2. Click Connect Google account (or Allow calendar access if your account is already connected).
  3. You'll see Google Calendar is connected — new bookings appear on your calendar automatically.

#Google Search Console

Verify your website with Google so it can be found in Google Search, and see which searches bring people to you.

  1. Go to Connectors & Apps and click Google Search Console.
  2. Click Generate verification tag. InMinutes adds it to your website for you.
  3. Publish your website, then verify it in Google Search Console and submit your sitemap.

#Google Analytics

Google Analytics gives you detailed visitor reports. It uses a Measurement ID instead of your Google login. See Tracking pixels.

#Google Drive

Attaching files from Google Drive in the editor chat is coming soon. For now, download the file and attach it with + in the chat.

#Disconnect or reconnect

Open the connector and click Disconnect to stop using it, or Re-connect Google account to switch to another Google account or fix a connection.

#Your privacy

InMinutes only asks for the access each feature needs: sending your replies (Gmail) and adding your bookings (Calendar). You can remove InMinutes' access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
