Get support
All the ways to get help with InMinutes, from quick answers in the dashboard to talking with our team.
If something isn't working or you're not sure how to do something, we're here to help. Start with the option that fits best.
#Search these docs
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows) on any docs page, or click Search at the top, and type what you're looking for. The FAQ and Troubleshooting pages answer the most common questions.
#Ask in the dashboard
Open Support from your dashboard: click your name at the bottom-left, then Support → Get help.
The Support page gives you quick answers about your website, billing and how InMinutes works. You can type a question or tap one of the suggested ones, such as How do tokens work? or Can I cancel my subscription?
#Talk to a person
When you'd rather talk to our team, open a support ticket:
Open Support
Go to Support in your dashboard.
Click Talk to a human
It's at the top-right of the Support page.
Describe the problem
Add a short subject and a message. Include the website's name and, if you can, what you clicked and what you expected to happen.
Send it
Your ticket opens as a conversation. When our team replies, you get an email and a red badge appears on your account menu.
To see all your tickets, click My tickets on the Support page, or open your account menu and choose Support → Tickets.
A screenshot helps us help you faster. Describe exactly which page you were on and which button you clicked.
#Email us
You can also email us at hello@inminutes.app or use the contact form. Please send it from the email address on your InMinutes account so we can find your website quickly.
#Check if something is down
If InMinutes seems slow or isn't loading, check our status page. It shows whether all our systems are working normally.
#Stay up to date
- Changelog: new features and improvements, as they ship.
- What's new: click the bell next to your name at the bottom-left of the dashboard to see product news, team invitations and billing alerts.
