Telegram assistant
Get instant alerts for new orders, bookings and messages on Telegram, and manage your website and business by chatting with the InMinutes bot.
Connect Telegram to keep your business in your pocket. You'll get a message the moment a new order, booking or enquiry comes in. You can also turn on management and simply chat with the bot: ask how things are going, or ask it to make changes, which you confirm with one tap.
Telegram is a connector, available on paid plans. Some actions, like managing products or sending campaigns, need the Pro plan. The bot tells you if something isn't included in your plan.
#Connect Telegram
Open Connectors
Click Connectors & Apps in the sidebar and choose Telegram.
Click Connect Telegram
Telegram opens (on your phone or computer) with the InMinutes bot.
Tap Start
Tap Start in the Telegram chat. Back in InMinutes, the page updates by itself and shows Telegram connected!
Choose your alerts
Pick what you want to be told about: New orders, New bookings and New contact messages.
#Manage your business from Telegram
In the Telegram connector settings, turn on Manage this site from Telegram. Now you can chat with the bot in plain words, just like the editor chat.
Ask questions, for example:
- "Any new orders today?"
- "What appointments do I have tomorrow?"
- "How many visitors did my website get this week?"
- "Any new messages?"
Make changes, for example:
- "Move Sarah's 3pm appointment to Friday at 10."
- "Add a new product: Lavender candle, $18."
- "Change the price of the gift box to $45."
- "Draft an email to all customers about our summer sale."
- "Change the headline on my homepage to 'Fresh bread every morning'."
Before anything changes, the bot shows you what it's about to do with a confirm button. Nothing happens until you tap it.
#Website changes, with a preview
When you ask for a change to your website, the bot works on it and then sends you a screenshot of the result. Tap Publish to put it live, or Discard to throw it away. Website changes use credits, just like in the editor.

#Safety
- Management is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Only the chat you connected can manage your website.
- Every action needs your confirmation first, and actions are recorded.
- To stop everything, open the Telegram connector and click Disconnect.
