Online booking is now free on every plan
Appointments, availability rules, confirmation emails and calendar sync are included on every plan, including the free one. Card deposits at booking time stay on Pro.
Taking appointments used to mean upgrading to Pro. It doesn't anymore — online booking is included on every plan, the free one included.
What you get on any plan
- A booking page on your site, generated in your own design, that customers can book from directly. It can also be embedded on any page.
- Your availability, your rules — weekly opening hours, how long each slot is, buffers between clients, how far ahead people can book, and blackout dates for the days you're closed.
- Confirmation emails to you and your customer, plus Google Calendar sync, so bookings land in the calendar you already use.
- Everything manageable from your dashboard — approve, reschedule, cancel, mark a no-show, or add a walk-in by hand. You can also just ask the AI assistant to change your hours or add a booking.
- Free or pay-in-person bookings: charge nothing at all, or show a price your customer settles when they arrive.
What still needs Pro
Taking a card payment at the moment someone books — a deposit or prepayment — runs through Stripe, and that stays on Pro.
If you were on Pro taking card payments and your plan has since lapsed, your booking page keeps working rather than going quiet: bookings still arrive and still confirm, they're just taken as free bookings with no card charged. The Bookings page tells you when that's happening.

Open Bookings in your dashboard, or ask the assistant to add booking to your site and it will build the page for you.
